As we know, Chinese Medicine, or as some prefer to say now, Asian Medicine, has a very long history. This history also includes a focus on anti-aging, longevity and facial rejuvenation practices. Innovative modalities utilizing herbs, acupuncture, moxibustion and dietary adjustment were developed to promote health, longevity and beauty. It is true that beauty comes from within. In my clinic, I also teach facial rejuvenation massage that my patients can practice in the privacy of their homes.
In the process of facial rejuvenation treatment, the face is first cleansed and then very fine and small needles are inserted into the fine lines or wrinkles on which the patient wants to focus. Needles are also inserted into other acupuncture points on the body that are known to promote health, longevity and youthfulness.
The course of treatment is usually 10 visits but may vary from patient to patient.
